I had started writing this January 2010 and by July 2010, it was no more. By December 2010, all the weight was back. I now know, this isnt about diet plans, will power, big ideas, and silliness. This is about an ultimate change. This is about being a different person. This is about changing where I came from, who I am, and where I am going. This is BIG. And NEVER again, will I say claim that losing weight is easy.
